Returns & Refunds
We will do our best to work with you to resolve
any and all disputes and discrepancies .
If we cannot meet your expectations,
we will gladly return your payment .
- Credit sales policies are on your charge slip
- A refund request form must be completely filled out for all returns or refunds.
- Returns without request forms or documentation are issued store credits only.
- ALL refunds will be issued by corporate check, mailed in 2 to 4 business days.
- All refunds / returns must be accompanied by a receipt. Returns without request forms or documentation are issued store credits only.
- Returns must be un-used and accompanied by all original packaging and documentation.
- Work and shoe orders canceled by client before scheduled due date[s], or delivery, are subject to a $10.50 ticketing or restocking fee.
